Okay so Asaban fest was great today. I'll upload the pictures when I'm free and not tired. Went to KX's place at 8 to get a lift. Once we reached Taylor's, dumped our belongings and went out to grab breakfast and to photostat the Cosplay Cafe menu. Rushed back to Taylor's so kx could change into her cosplay outfit. And she cosplayed as Tenma from School Rumble, and even went to the extreme length of cutting of part of her hair by HERSELF to make the pigtails. I tell you, she's loco! So somehow during the Cosplay Cafe, I helped to wash the plates. Again. But I only helped for the first half. Really have to salute Onigiri, washing all the plates from the beginning till the end. The band performance was superb. The second band, I think its called Zeloid(?) was really professional. Too bad they didn't perform Sakura Kiss though =(. However, I was really disappointed with Fourth Avenue Cafe though that was performed by another band.... sounds... ugh and the singer's voice was drowned by the instruments. However, their other songs were not too shabby, I supposed. Left early. We're supposed to leave at 10.30 but since kx's mum is early, so yeah. Didn't get the chance to try on the Yukata, too many people >________<. But we did manage to participate in the Bon Odori dance before we left. And oh, I forgot this. Seriously why does the DJ kept playing Tsubasa no Yume? Seriously, do they lack songs or what????? |
