Yesterday I walked home after english language class. It was raining earlier but was drizzling by the time we got out, so I decided not to trouble my housemates and walked home instead. Big mistake. As I walked, the rain got heavier, resulting me getting wet. And yesterday I was wearing my white formal top and a black bra. My top is actually quite thin and after getting drenched....well, you know la. At first I didn't mind, cause I thought no one saw. Till... just now. During our econs study group, one of my classmates who stays at the same block, told me she saw from the first floor. And she said she can see my... you know la. And apparently I was quite a distance away. FML. And oh during HI lecture, hilarity ensued when the lecturer told eu jin to switch off the front lights. "Just push the ones with the letter F." "Just F it till the lights are off.""F the F switches!" |

I'm tired to my bones. Why? Because that time I kaypoh lor, volunteered myself to help out with the Asian Food Fair organised by the year 2 DFS students. At first our job is to clean up the table only, but since there's a shortage in manpower, we had to wash the plates as well. But anyways, I really enjoyed myself, and not forgetting to mention, learnt new things as well. Off to bed soon. Lecture class at nine tomorrow. And National Income Accounting is driving me up the wall. Thanks to my brother who had to call me in the middle of the class and made me missed an important part. Ciao! |

Wokay, so I've received my prize. And I didn't actually get first, but second. I guess my lecturer mixed up. But still doesn't matter to me. Soooooo anyway, the prize is a red Parker ballpen. With the words " Book Review Winner" engraved at the cover. Its such a nice pen, so I don't think I want to use it at all. Will upload the pictures later. And oh, just now when me and my friend was looking for lecturer, another lecturer asked us for help. We were asked to carry four hampers to the lecture hall. While I was grabbing the hamper, I accidentally tore the hamper XD Thank god the lecturer didn't mind. And sorry la to the person who's gonna get that =x And oh, not forgetting the most important thing of the day. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHIN JYE!!! Even though she doesn't read my blog, I still wanna wish her here. Let's see, we've been friends since primary school, but I wasn't close with her till secondary school. Let's hope our friendship continues to blossom, shall we? |
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~ I won the first place for the book review competition. I'm good right? RIGHT?RIGHT??? |

Something my friend told me today gives me a real baaaaaaaaaad feeling. I sense misunderstanding at the horizon. Help? Anyway, finals are a week away and I'm playing RO. Great. But then again it's so hard to resist the temptation of the third job. X3 But then again, at times, I feel like I have not left secondary school at all. Everything is so.... easy? compared to the times at Acmar. And apparently I'm the only one feeling as everyone else seem to be struggling/juggling their assignments. Among our gang I mean. Khai Xing's forever swamped with assignments and trials. Timothy's forever having some sort of pratice or exams. Not too sure bout Christy, but she asked me for points for one of her assignments once; it nearly killed my brain cells. El's homework seems ok at times, but I heard Chem is a real bitch. Shin Jye seems to be having a hard time as well. And me? Relax la~ Seriously, I wonder if I'm really a college student at times. |

So today was our first-aid presentation. Went quite well, I think, 'cept for the fact one of our member didn't turn up and we had to prepare a sketch at the last moment. And oh, Boon Keat was hilarious. Damn drama [strike] queen [/strike], er I mean... um king! Even Ms Sue said he ought to be studying drama lol Anyway, my lecture class at 2 is cancelled cause the lecturer is on MC. Great, now there's 2 lecturers on MC and exams are like...2 weeks away. Whoooopedooo! Coolness. And oh more great news. The econs lecture class, which was supposed to be held this saturday, has been postponed. Yes. Postponed. I actually wanted to go to prom but can't make it since I was supposed to have econs. Bah and all the train tickets are sold out. Oh wells, I guess I'll just rot away during the weekends. Chiao! |

Today, during the first aid practice for kitchen management, I found out that Heimlich manouver doesn't work on me. Lets just hope I won't choke while I'm eating. =/ |
So, last Friday I went back to Klang with my coursemate. Took the train and the journey went smoothly. However there's one thing I want to complain. The so-called superior coach is so not superior at all. The train I took on Sunday on my way back was so much better. Not as small and cramped. Anyway reached the Bukit Badak station at 10. Was so freaking tired that I just want to collapse onto my bed. Woke up around 11 the next day. El came over while waiting for the 3 hours amali to finish. After that, went to Eng Ann to makan =DD. After that went to El's house and lepaked till night. Ordered McD for dinner which costed El rm60+. Woke up really early on Sunday to buy the train tickets. Went for breakfast with my aunt, uncle and grandma. After that followed my mum to the pasar eng ann. Went back home and babied, since I slept really late last night. Went back to Kampar at 5.50 and reached around 8.20. Rushed to prepare my presentation and transperancy. Thank god my presentation went ok, else my leader would've killed me and I wont be typing this today. Oh, my exam timetable is out. Checked it out and my exam is going to start on the 3rd and end on the 16th. Coolness. |

Gosh I'm so freaking pissed off. It seems like my msn has a grudge against Selangorians; whenever I talk to them, it's either my messages are not going through or I won't receive their messages. Bloody hell. Anyway, reason I can't go back next week is we're going to have Econs test. Again. Why? Apparently a lot of students did badly in the first one, and in order to be fair, we all have to retake not one, but two test as a make-good test. Reason why those who did not fail need to take the test because sometimes those who had make-good test had higher marks than those who did not take make-good test. I know the lecturers wanted to be fair, but seriously la. Isn't this somehow encouraging them not to study harder? They know they'll always get second chance, so why bother? The lecturers can be like Pn Hana, no make-good for those who failed. You screw up your one and only chance, your fault. I don't believe in giving second chances for certain things, exams is one of them. Or they can emulate the system in El's college; you can resit for your paper anytime you want to your hearts content. Bah bloody. Because of them, I can't go back next week. Great. |

I'm trying very hard not to curse. Ugh seriously, the internet connection is just so freaking !"£$ slow!!!! The reason, my bro told me a few days ago, was because another cable had snapped. Again. WTHECK la! How many cables they have to fix a month? Seriously, everytime also broken cable, broken cable. They using low quality cable is it? How come the cables need to be fixed so frequently?? Gah and Japanese assignment is totally pissing me off! To hell with it la! Anyway, enough with my rants. Oh yea, finally the 3rd jobs in RO are official. PS: sorry guys. It seems like I'm having a test on next week Saturday, so I'm not able to go back next week. >__< |

Wokay, I've got the tickets for this Friday (thanks again Dave!) so that means I can go home. So anyone up for pigging out this Saturday? We're not going anywhere fancy, just the hawker stalls in Eng Ann to enjoy popiah ( by we, I mean me and Kelvin). lol And oh Shin Jye is keen on coming ;) good time to meet up with her. Its been awhile since I last saw her. So, if anyone is interested, just drop a message in my tagbox. =D Can't wait for the weekend. |

I'm so tired.... Information are swimming round and round my mind. I have two book reviews to write, cause my english langueage lecturer was afraid the school division wouldn't understand Pride and Prejudice since its a classic book, so I'm writing another review for a modern novel too. But trying to write one is already hard enough. Someone help me. Anyway, finished my presentation today. I think it went well, except that my lecturer remarked that I talked too fast. =________= Usual problem lol. Anyway, I wanna say well done to my group members. You guys deserve a pat on the back. =DDD And I finally got a facebook account. It's definitely a cause for celebration, seeing the comments I get from KX, Christy, El and Tim. So here's a toast to my FB account XD |

Hmmm how should I start? Well, you see, during tutoriol class just now, out of the blue, my lec ask if I would like to go into PR or journalism once I finish my diploma. I was blaaaank for a moment, then when question hit me, I went " EH??!!" Turns out, she noticed my English isn't too bad when she marked my paper and she said that is an advantage for me since most of the people in the hotel industry have low proficiency in English. Grr I forgot the order of the things she said, so I'll just type them in whatever sequence. She told me I could finish my diploma and degree in hospitality and take diploma in mass. comm while working as a backup. And I can work as a freelance journalist. Then she said something that makes me go "HUH?" She said I keep a low-profile, but what makes me standout is my writing. Then she said, "You're outspoken, inquisitive and bla bla." I was taken aback as outspoken is the last quality I would use to describe myself. She said so because moments ago, we were bitching about a certain quarter and their stupidity. Then she said if I go into journalism, I am more of the one that deal with facts, like politics, not those celebrity gossips. (read : kaypoh ones) This reminds me of what El said I could do if I don't get hospitality. Her mum actually said that I should take political journalism. ( ??) Anyway, my lec said it can be dangerous to my life since I'm outspoken and should learn when to tone down. She also encouraged me to learn more languages, French, German, Korea and Arabic, =__= if I intend to stay in Malaysia. OK anyway, I'm going to give her idea a thought. And oh, I got back my paper, I PASSED!! WOOHOO¬ But damn kns la, I lost by one mark to a guy. grr... I hate losing out to guys. Unfortunately, my lec heard me and said " It's good to have the fighting spirit in you. You are what they call chilli padi." So I don't know whether she's referring to my size or whatever.
